What’s the First Thing? The Key to Getting “UnStuck”…

Here’s a quick exercise that might do more to improve your product or your business than anything else you do today.

Ask yourself,

“If sold my product (or my business today), what is the first thing the new owner would change?”

If you have more than one answer, prioritize your answers and make your plan to start right away. After all, if you think that’s the most important thing the new owner would change, it’s probably the first thing you should change, too.

This is my favorite question for getting unstuck. Try it, then follow up on it. You’ll be glad you did.
